Digital – No Plates

The great thing about Digital Label Printing is the plate costs, probably because there aren’t any! However, although traditional printing still plays a major role in the label world the digital market has seen rapid growth all for the right reasons. Variable label printing on multi-colour labels with sequential numbering and barcoding, where fast turnaround on any quantity from 1 to 10,000 is essential.

Digital – No Plates & No Cutter

For the not so large quantities we have invested in a printer with a UV cured ink system which produces quality second-to-none. This prints on a massive array of materials ranging from simple vinyls and polyesters through fire retardant materials and optically clear window films. The printer also has the capability to not only print the label / graphic, but can also cut around the artwork to produce the exact shape with amazing accuracy, eliminating the need for not only the plates but the cutter as well.
